RETURNS POLICY

We only refund items if they are defective or have a partial loss due to our error. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received it.

If you intend to apply for a refund, take an image of the defective product and send to us. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have a receipt or a proof of the purchase.

Once we received and inspected your return item, we will immediately send you an approval email. We will also notify you if the request cannot be processed for reasons listed:
1. Any item is damaged or partial loss not due to our error.
2. Any item is not returned within its validity period.
Exchange
If you receive your piece and then change your mind about it, it can be exchanged free of charge (excluding postage and handling costs) for another item or store credit. The piece must be returned to me within 3 weeks of the original purchase. Returned pieces must be in their original condition and packing.
Shipping

You are required to pay for the postage and return if you apply for an exchange. If you request a refund, the cost of shipping might be deducted from your refund amount (Shipping costs are non-refundable).

If you are sending an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We won't be responsible for parcel loss. Depending on where you live, the shipping time may vary.
